Not so much hiking but forestry work. This is the vest I wear, it has the internal harness to distribute weight. Feels similar to a hiking pack. The problem I’m having is constantly bruised hip bones from the hip band, and I can’t adjust it any smaller to sit around my stomach more. Advice?
