For the Series 63 how much is registration by coordination, qualification etc. tested on? Adbanker seems to focus on it a lot while Kaplan doesn’t.

Smoked a turkey on Thanksgiving. 225 for about an hour and a half then 350 till it reached temperature. The turkey was really good but the skin felt very rubbery almost like biting an orange peel. Is that normal or how do I avoid that next time? Thank you

My academy had their 4th year anniversary plus belt promotions and I got to see Royler Gracie receive his 8th degree today by none other than Rorion Gracie. We also had Megaton Dias, Mackenzie Dern, Pedro Valente, Regis Lebre, Marcus Norat and of course my professor Omar Salum Jr in the house.
